- Target size: typically, medium to large size companies even though smaller transactions with a special investment angle may be assessed.
- Stage of development: turnarounds, start-ups and development capital are typically not the focus of the investment company
- Geographies: Borletti Group is assessing opportunities worldwide, with a focus in the areas where the management has presence or local partnerships.
- Investment period: typical medium to long term financial investment with possibility of industry build-ups.
