Prior to joining the Group, Paolo was president and CEO of Emanuel Ungaro SA (Luxury goods, Paris) where he led the company repositioning and sale to a financial investor.
Previously, he spent one year as the Group Business Development Director (in charge of the diversified activities) of the Ferragamo Group (Luxury goods, Italy), where he reported directly to the shareholder with active role in several Boards and Executive Committees.
Between 1999-2002, he was the Founder and CEO of S&C Group (Retail, Germany) where he built and managed a food retail chain with 40 stores, 2 production facilities and over 200 employees.
Previously, he spent 11 years in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank (London, Frankfurt and Milan), where he held various positions up to Director of Corporate Finance.
Paolo is a member of the Board of Printemps Group and of the Holding Companies that control Highstreet Real Estate.
Paolo graduated in 1987 from the University of Buckgingham (Business School). He speaks Italian, English, German and French.
